Joy in the Lord
From my heart to the lord.
In the quiet of my soul, where faith resides,
Joy springs eternal, where the Spirit abides.
Not fleeting like moments the world may bestow,
But deep, like a river, in God’s holy flow.
From the Father’s grace, through Christ’s sacred blood,
Joy lifts my heart through the storm and the flood.
Peace, like a whisper, from Heaven’s own throne,
Settles my spirit, though trials may come.
In the arms of my Savior, no fear can take hold,
For His love is my refuge, His promise my gold.
The Trinity guides me—Father, Son, Spirit divine,
In Their truth, my soul’s anchored, forever to shine.
Love, the sweet bond, that ties me to Thee,
God’s heart in my heart, setting captives free.
Through Jesus, the Son, the only way to the light,
His sacrifice opened the gates of delight.
By grace I am saved, through faith I am whole,
His love writes redemption upon my soul.
Happiness blooms where the Lord’s will is sown,
Not in fleeting desires, but in Him alone.
My family, my faith, they ground me each day,
No need for man’s praise when God lights my way.
For the God of the Bible, eternal and true,
Fills my life with His glory, my spirit anew.
In joy, I rejoice, in His presence I stand,
In peace, I find rest, held safe in His hand.
In love, I am rooted, in Christ I am free,
Happiness follows when God lives in me.
One God, Three in One, my heart’s endless song,
In His grace, I find where my soul belongs.
